1. Pricing Information

2. Consultation / Quotations / Food Tasting

• Consultation: We offer a complimentary consultation, limited to two sessions, to discuss your event needs, menu preferences, and any adjustments to the menu, including adding or removing items.
• Food Tasting: A $100 fee applies for food tastings. The tasting will be packaged in a box for pickup. This charge is solely for the tasting.

3. Catering Event Styles

We offer various catering styles, each with its own pricing structure:

• Buffet Style
• Plated Events – $35 per person (minimum 20 guests)
• Catering Drop-Off
• 9jaFoodPot Luxe Brunch Affair – $60 per person (minimum 20 guests). This includes 10 food menu options and 2 drink options, with an additional setup charge.

4. Service Charge

A 25% service charge is added to every catering option.

5. Chafing Dishes Rental

• Silver Chafing Dish for event rental: $25 per piece
• Gold Chafing Dish for event rental: $30 per piece

6. Travel Charges

For events located 35 miles and above from our location, additional travel charges will apply. Please inquire for specifics based on your event location.

7. Booking and Payment Terms

• A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event booking.
• The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before the event date.

8. Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds.
