• Uber Courier is a third-party delivery service selected for the customer’s convenience.
• Once your order has been verified and handed over to the Uber driver, 9jafoodpot is no longer responsible for delays, damages, missing items, or delivery issues that occur during transit.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any concerns must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once the Uber courier has been dispatched.
• NO REFUNDS will be issued for orders that have been correctly prepared, verified, and released to the Uber driver. Any claims related to loss, damage, or delivery issues during transit must be made directly through Uber, in accordance with Uber’s policies.

The customer assumes all risk associated with third-party courier delivery once the order has been released to the Uber driver.
